    I don't see the problem. It's not physically addictive, and it does not make you violent. I can't say that about alcohol.

    It shouldn't be a big deal. But, the media loves to attempt to work to tarnish "clean images". Apparently the city it happened in has no real crime to fight and are working to incriminate Phelps and the rest of the people at the party.

    Still don't see how you can possibly charge phelps or anyone else with anything just by pictures?
