Check engine light came on; turned out to be the rollover valves. A diagnosis couldn't be made with the car in tact, so the top was removed. Once removed, the problem was quickly assessed (leak in the rollover valve); once the leak was found, it was repaired and the top was reinstalled.

No, that tech is not leaning on the 355. :)

Once you go that far you fix the fuel guage sending unit. Can't be hard from there.

And this is precisely why I saved some of those photos.

Can't find Ray's link though when he did that.

We own the car; it's being serviced before we sell it. Every car that comes in for service gets a full detail before it leaves.

    Thank you!

    LOL!

If you guys require higher resolution images so that you can see things more clearly, just let me know.

I hope the pants pockets don't have buttons that could possibly scratch the paint.

Not that long, but there was a lot involved. I'll speak with Luigi tomorrow and find out exactly what he had to do. But I believe the panel behind the seats needed to be removed. I'll find out all of the details and post here.

Good to know that you don't need the factory special hoist to get the top assembly out. Ferrri designed the 360 spider top assembly as an "easy" to remove self contained assembly, they say "easy". Nothing on a Ferrari is ever "easy".

    Thanks for the pictures.

These valves have been discussed before, does Ferrari provide an updated one now?
