    We have the best FiOS service available and we still have those days or weeks when it runs like crap. Lately it has been good, but I probably just cursed myself by saying that!

    4,000 to 5000 upload

    Through wireless router:
    Btw 15,000 and 18,000 download
    1,500 to 2,500 upload

    Download speeds vary throughout the day depending on how much porn my neighbors are downloading... ;)
