Do you guys tape your fuel line connection points? I know mine has not had it in the past but I am wondering if it is a good practice? Thanks.

    Troy,
If you have the Banjo style fittings sometimes if you install new crush washers the leaks will stop. Wouldn't recommend Teflon as I'm not sure of its tolerance to fuel/petroleum products.

    Have a good day

As long as the fittings are undamaged and have clean mating surfaces they should not need PTFE tape.

If they leak, look for damage and replace as required.

Teflon tape (or pipe "dope") is used as a sealant on tapered pipe threads. These fittings seal by a wedging action as the tapered male thread is screwed into the likewise tapered female. Any other use is incorrect and probably more trouble than it's worth.
