    I've just spoken to an Independent specialist who told me that he has just taken delivery of a brand new and unregistered 430 Scuderia at a discount direct from a UK franchised Ferrari dealer of £20K/$30K! :eek: And to think these cars were commanding more than that £/$ OVER list a few months ago! This dealer advertised it at under list price on his website and was promptly called by Ferrari UK to remove it from his website.

    A quick call to my local franchised Ferrari dealer asking about a new Scuderia prompted a "no discount", 9 month wait for a car!

    Regardless of what the factory and dealers are saying, the economic crunch is hurting everybody...including Ferrari.

    I would shop around. Ive actually come across quite a few deals on Scuderias sitting in showrooms all over the world. If you approach the dealer discreetly and as a serious cash paying customer, you can easily manage 10% discount. Just don't brag about it afterward cause you will get your dealer in trouble and that will eventually come back and bite you in the ass.

    Just be happy you managed to buy a car like that at a significantly reduced price and enjoy the return on investment when it comes time to trade or sell it a few years down the line.
