The Terlingua Mustang was really cool. The guys showing the car are apparently a local speed shop who are one of a small handfull of licensees for the Terlingua kit. This one was cosmetically finished but they told me they were waiting on the supercharger, so there were no underhood tweaks on this car.

Car is very well executed for what it is, taking it at face value. The added parts are very high quality, bilet aluminum, gauge pods lood factory, etc,, and I gave the whole car a really really hard look, trying to find a reason not to like it. Happily I failed to find any reason not to like it.

The guys in the booth said they bought a 10k mile Mustang for dirt cheap and put this car together. And when I asked how much for the finished product, I was quoted that they'd build me one for $20k. Plus the car.

Now let's consider this - The company is based in Farmers Branch. Has the word "performance" in the name. Builds Shelby licensed kit cars using out of used Mustangs. Could be a coincidence, I didn't have the stones to ask.

Todd, thanks for the pics. Hmmm... this kit might look good on a 2010, one of the elevntybillion custom thread colors should match the yellow rabbit.

My pics will be up tomorrow. Some are better than the ones so far, so be prepared. Does anyone know if Brembo's are OEM for everyone now? I think the Kia's even had them!

Hmmmm, with the GM announcement today concerning Saab, Pontiac and the Performance division how many of these cars will never come to any form of production? How many will just disappear???? This sucks.......

I went last night, thanks Steve!

I'm always amazed by the Audi A8, that car is the most luxurious vehicle I've ever seen. Wow.
