    The primary reasons for creating the CoT were to improve driver safety, create more of a level playing field so the racing may be better and to protect the series if the Big 3 someday stopped participating. NASCAR is racing entertainment and its about the drivers/personalities, NASCAR fans don't give a rats ass if its carbed or not and the make of the car isn't that big of a deal either.
    Toyota's are made in this country and Chevy's are made in Canada, so what.
