Auburn, AL Ferrari Owners?

Sorry, I live in Birmingham but I did just finish a bronze, 15 ft. sculpture on the Auburn campus. The next time you are driving around, you might check it out. It's in front of the Women's Athletic building (McWhorter Center).

I'm a Senior at Auburn and, while I don't have anything especially exotic of my own, I'd love to see your 308 some time! I've been here for four years and the most exotic things I've spotted are an Elise and a Ford GT.

Your sculpture is beautiful! I drive by it every day and I was wondering who had done it.

 

Ah, well I suppose I could forgive someone who sells a 308 for a TR . The Elise was an orange one, I believe, and I seem to remember seeing it several times outside a house across from Jule Collins Museum. If it was yours, it was gorgeous and certainly refreshing to see around. I'll definitely shoot you an e-mail sometime soon. -John

 

I currently go to Auburn....I actually saw a 550 Barschetta on the hwy the other day. I have an 06 Infiniti G35 Coupe with some mods lol we can crusie together if you want haha

 

I live in Huntsville, but I'll be in Auburn over the next two weeks testing at the Leech Science Center. Unfortunately, I'll be pulling a trailer full of scientific equipment so the 328 will have to stay in Huntsville. The facilities engineer has been trying to get me to bring it down and says I can put it in his garage while I'm in town, but I'll always be pulling the trailer when I come to town. I'd love to see the TR though.

hey we have a meet in coolsprings on the first sat of each mo.. usually we have a pretty good turnout.. at the last meet we had about 10 ferraris from 355b 355t 355 spider, 360 spiders 430b 550, 599,. also a mercedes SLR, old jags, porsches, lots of cool cars.. might be worth the drive! you can read more and see videos on the thread "nashville cars and coffee"

 

If you're ever in Bham on Saturdays around noon there is a group of gearheads that meet for lunch at Logan's on 280. We have a variety of exotics including Ferrari, Lambo, Viper, etc. You are welcome to come and hang out with or without your TR.

 

Just moved to the area and looking for other cars to cruise with. Auburn is about 20 mins from me so if you have a gtg, let me know. Don't drive a f-car, but have a modded 996TT.

 

Unfortunately I'm not living in the area at the moment...

 

Hey Branko, nice job. I met you in Birmingham at the Sportscar something or other event at Barber. Upcoming in May again I believe. Anyway, to the OP, I'm just down the road in Montgomery with a Black 512 BBi and a black 328. (Have a Viper GTS and Pantera if that counts.)

We do a Spring thing here that's pretty fun, coming up soon, at a place called "Mitchell Classics". You may know about it; more of one man's indulgence than a dealership. You can PM me and we'll get you an invite. I think they'll do it in late April? Probably 50-70 cars show up, you name it. Stay in touch.

 

I just picked up a 512TR yesterday. I may take it, if it is here by the time of the big show. Look forward to seeing you there.

I'm a sophmore at Auburn and I've seen this guy driving a black on black Maserati GT. He was in the Brunos (or Publix?) shopping center next to Wal-Mart. Owner was very nice and very young. Probably a student. He let us take pics and he even got his girlfriend to rev it up for us.
