    After several attemts at a quick install, I finally figured out this was actully quite eazy. For the lucky few that secured the challege grills, here is the quick install.

    1. Unscrew the three allen head bolts on the under side to the door panel. 2. Unbolt the two at the bottom of the door and carefully pull the lower outer door panel away. 3. Remove the small washer that is the spacer on the rear most allen head bolt. 4. Slip in the challege grill, the upper support will take the place of the washer just removed. 5. Carefully lay the rubber door seal back in place. 6. Reinstall uppper allen bolts and lower panel bolts. Here are a few pix of the job and final install.
