Sound tough - the big stars had 'em John Wayne, Ronald Reagon and so forth.

How would anyone approach naming a ranch - a biological/environmental attribute, a "catch word", something personal, something completely off the wall - and just cool?

    Your thoughts?

There's a Horsepower Ranch here in my area. Owned by a pretty well off guy who came from California and recently sold it. Has a very large climate controlled barn for his cars. He's a patient of my wife's too. I'm pretty sure he owns a 360, maybe more, but I thought it was a pretty sweet name.

There's also Rancho Para Mañana (ranch for tomorrow), and Thunder Ranch (large weapons and tactical training facility). There's more but I can't think well today. LOL I am a Real Estate Agent here in Texas and I deal with ranches day in & day out, that's what my office specializes in. I hear all these weird names all the time. Fun stuff!!

I want to buy about 650 acres or so and put a road course on it and call it Thunder Ranch or Horsepower Ranch. Those names are already taken though, so I'd have to go with Rancho de los Sueños (Ranch of Dreams) because it'd be my dream come true to have my own race track. Matter of fact, there is already a Rancho de los Sueños in South Texas near Harlingen. I have it listed. LOL Damn these people keep stealing all the good names...

Small world, I ate at Enrique's not too long ago. Didn't drink enough to justify some Cornerstone later though. :)

I like, 777 ranch, has a nice ring to it, and it's a hell of a nice spread as well.

Down the road is "Pro-Street Ranch", lots of black burn-outs on the road out front.

A small dairy farm near by called "Byles Tit Farm". Lamour would probably like that one too.
