    So how much does it really cost at the end of the year? With F430's dropping down to 130K they are a real bargain. Any good formulas for cost vs personal income? I'm not a millionaire but I do pretty well...

    I'd be nervous of any F430 at low $130K.

    That's the lower end of the market now for sure but in 2 years (around when I intend to purchase) i'm predicting that price to be more common for the better models...

    I would never associate the word "bargain" with one of these vehicles...make a wish list, plan your purchase and educate yourself well in advance so you know exactly what you are getting into...

    There are no formulas. This has been discussed many times here. The question is: do you want to tie up at least 15% of your net worth in a depreciating toy?

    My 2005 that I bought new and has been maintained and updated as recommended would probably sell for 120-125K if it were for sale. What's to be nervous about?

    $3 a mile if it has carbon rotors, sorta like taking 3 yellow cabs everywhere you go and telling them to wait.
