    Does anyone have any suggestions on where to stay for an extended stay in Japan (probably Shinjuku area)? I'm playing to stay between 4 - 8 weeks.

    I'm open to staying at a "weekly mansion" but haven't been able to find a decent place. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

    Try to stay a few nights in the hot springs. Very relaxing.

    What's your budget and what kinda location/facilities are you looking for? Shinjuku is going to be pretty expensive, you could just stay a couple stations away at like Kanda or Ueno and still enjoy almost the same degree of convenience for a lower price.

    I found some good deals in the Shinjuku area for around 150 a night... but being Japan, the rooms are extremely small. I'm willing to pay more if I can find a decent weekly mansion place.
