Picked up the car today, inspected the tensioner, the bolt that holds it had sheared, the tensioner fell away!, because it was on the right hand side (I think!!) the belt didn't slip, had it been on the other side kaboom!!...so I was told..
Hi Guys, does anyone know the actual improvements that were made to the uprated 360 hydraulic tensioner? Maybe the upper bolt now passes through a bushing to allow minor movement and avoid stress cracks; or perhaps the lower bolt uses a nylon bushing instead of rubber. Dunno. A photo of the uprated part would be appreciated. Thanks!
