    I need to know what the thread is for the 348 towhook. I know it's 16 mm but I need to know
    if it's pitch is 1.5 or 2.0 MM.

    I think it's 1.5 pitch on 348's. It is on 355's.

    Can anyone help and confirm this please.

    I made a hook using these parts from McMaster Carr. 300mm was a little long, so I cut a couple inches off of the rod. I haven't tested it under load yet, but it threads in perfectly.


    Part # 99055A239 1 Each Metric Class 8.8 Plain Steel Threaded Rod, M16 Size, 300mm Length, 2.00mm Pitch

    Part # 3274T63 1 Each Heavy Duty Forged Steel Oval Eye Nut, M16 Thread, 1679 Kg Wll, 35 Mm Eye Id, 14.2 Mm Thk
