    I am considering ditching our MS Exchange server and file server and going with Google Apps. I have been told that converting the exchange database for the Google variant is not trivial. If we go down this path i will be looking to hire a consultant that can do the job for me. Any ideas / experiences or references would be greatly appreciated.

    We run exchange for a few people and also Google for others but there are also a few solutions between those, like cloud computing models running mail.

    Its all down to what you want and need, run Blackberry ? prefer iphones ? all those kind of things can get you to the answer pretty quickly
