Final approach speed seemed to be 300-320 (I presume knots), over the threshold at 250, touch down at 210-220, "derotate" at 195. Descent from 4000' to 3000' to 2000' took about 5 seconds per thousand (5:14 to 5:19 to 5:24), so that's 12,000 fpm.
