Oh, I am totally going to this....

So, what sort of car would be allowed to be shown? Would a beaten up BMW 2002 qualify?

I assume that each car will have two people in it? One driving, and the other cranking the driveshaft by hand?

Not a bad idea... Lets organize a rally where participants push, pull, coast or tow their cars across Monterey lol the winner gets his car flat beded home all others can abandon theirs on the road side! lol

When given the choice of arriving at last year's Concorso Italiano in Alan's Pacer or the Daytona ... I chose to arrive in the Pacer then later I celebrated Platinum with the Daytona !! ;)

Best of both worlds! lol lol

Ferrari wont mind... something tells me this will not take anything away from their market share lol .

It may, however, attract more hygienically challenged patrons to the after party than Ferrari could hope to attract to theirs!

    ;)

    LOL

a tow parade. I can see it now. Instead of Ferrari's usual mechanics trailing along, we'll have grease monkeys chomping ccceeeegaarrs, overalls, couple hammers bailing wire in the trusted tool box

I vote for the Levis car.....googling now.

damn, I'd love to go to this. I've got the ultimate junker that would take 1st, but I unfortunately live all the way up north, and I don't think it would even make it down the road without all 4 wheels falling off, and the engine exploding,,, :( and that would be a hefty tow truck bill!
