    Lotec Colani Testa D'Oro

    There are two versions of the Testa D'Oro, below is a picture of, if I'm not mistaken, the second edition. In 1991 the one you posted grabbed a world record for catted cars, getting to 351km/h. I have a cut out from a newspaper (1994?) on the 2nd Td'O, saying it produces 1000hp and they were going for 400km/h.

    Built by Shapecraft from a crashed TR. Some of the body parts and windows are modified 360 item IIRC.
