the fairings under my hood on my 360 and the air filter covers are fading under my hood..i think i can really spruce up my engine bay by powercoating the side panels and a few pieces.......the small piece of carbon fiber look trim below my back window has been chipped since i bought the car in 2003....has anyone just removed them and had the powercoated?....i've been thinking of tackling this for years ...thanks

    All been done.

There is an active thread on painting the air box covers. I think it started on polished air box covers so do a quick search and you will find it.

The panels are metal so you can paint them pretty easily. It won't be any harder than painting the interior parts and there is a recent thread on that too.
