It's BS. Following a city bus in a 430? Yeah right. I love driving behind busses- taking in all that soot and diesel fumes is a great way to enjoy the car. Not to mention the rest of the stuff being shoveled by the OP.

What lawyer is going to compromise any "law suit" by posting the situation on a forum?

    I don't buy a nickel's worth of it.

    None of it.

ANY lawyer would know the last thing you'd do is post something like that on a public chat room.

    Paging DrS.

Personally I like the statement about in plain "site". That alone would get a failing grade on a law school crim procedure exam.

As a lawyer, I can tell you, whoever this person is, he is not a lawyer.

Canada? This would make him AfricanCanadian ;)

The part about being followed and then heading home seemed a bit odd as well.

This story is so bull crap. Being a layer you should know not to lie to an officer, not post it on a forum, etc.

For posting like a 5 year old you get this:

    Ha! Great thread!

I thought I was reading a honda/acura forum for a few moments. That was one helluva long 1st paragraph too! Gotta get those 'oh-so critical "facts"' in!

Maybe that's where it originated from and the names of the cars were changed.

    Type aRrrrrr.

I dont know what to think about this. I have friends who are lawyers who will not have the best grammar or spelling when we correspond by email..and yet are very successful at what they do.

    +1

I know a good number of lawyers who misspell and misuse words. Some of them also make big money - although none of them are big firm corporate lawyers who draft documents. I think the writing here isn't great, but I didn't read it thinking the guy is lying to us.

In fact, what I did think of, was a story from Johnny Cochran's autobiography where he was stopped in his Rolls Royce with his kids in the back and treated the same way.

I do too, but not in this medium. I misspell all the time but not at that level. Also, I know many back attorneys and none of them would let a cop call them a ****** and not jump up and down demanding his Sgt or Captain come by right then and there.

I don't know about you guys, but I would be scared to call someone that tall a ****** especially if I thought he was a dealer and he was driving an f430.
