I probably would have first played the "Attention Whore" card, then the "BS" card, followed later by the "Assclown" card...

Thank you for posting, I wasn't been able to get back online to quick enough to start poking holes. Any lawyer would know exactly what doctrines he is trying to refer to...he obviously does not know stih about them since he believes he was subject to cruel and unusual punishment. This sort of randomly yelling out legal soundings is the same BS you hear in court by defendants who have not been assigned their public defender yet. Or when a real moron is put on the stand and they use the time to spout off instead of answer questions that might benefit them. I cannot tell you how many times I've heard, "judge they done violated my rights!!!...Okay, which rights do you feel have been violated...."ummm, life!!!"

What kind of a racist creep would make something like this up? I mean, what kind of hate and resentment do you have against whites to post a story like this? This is scary. He should realize that he is hurting the validity of every black man that does encounter racism. And making any chance at justice that much more difficult.

to the OP -- if you're called out on this point, which is that you're willing to lie to the cop for no particular reason, and make no effort at all to explain that to us, then you're fully discredited here.

Exactly. If the guy is trolling, don't entertain the drama. I'll agree with those that have mentioned the point that if the story is made up, it's a pretty awful thing to lie about, though.

If the story is true, he can bump it in several months or so with the outcome of the case. Fair enough.
