    Does anyone know what type of caulking is used to seal the seams around the windshield and C pillar just ahead of the decklid? I have a few areas that I would like to touch up to prevent any rust issues from occuring later.

    I think any Polyurethane will be fine. I use Tremco Vulkum 921, in a standard cartridge for caulking guns. It is submersible, and when properly applied will be there for a very long time.
