We were at Monza for the World Finals in 2006, and I would love to go back there again with the FXX - it's my favourite circuit, with Laguna Seca a very close second! The World Finals have been at Mugello for the last two years, so maybe it's time to go back to Monza..........
You're right, it was 2006. I remember MSC driving his own FXX with Jean Todt next to him. So I think to understand you won't be in Italy for the next Finals? Thanks for answering, I'd have never thought to talk to a FXX driver.

Do you have some improvements on the car for this season, or is the same Evoluzione car of the last year? Atlanta is this weekend and I am extremely excited to say that I will be there! Road Atlanta is a great track and seeing the FXX going down the Esses and 10a/10b will be awesome!
Well Road Atlanta was an absolute blast...RTB it was a real pleasure meeting you (tall guy with the beard, Ferrari polo)...we got some great pics of all 5 FXX cars. It was great you owners let just anybody walk through the garage and take as many pictures as we wanted. If anyone ever gets a chance to hear these cars at the track, there are no words in the world to describe the feelings and sensations you get! I have over 3 gigs worth of pics, but these were all taken at the end of the 5000 foot long back straight just before Turn 10. I'm guessing 180 MPH in the FXX before braking. What a awesome day! I have never heard a car that sounded so good. The FXX sounded better that the 333 or the older F1 car! RTB...nice chatting with you as well at the end of seesion 2 outside the garage. Congratulations on owning the baddest car I have ever seen. Your a very lucky man.

have you checked to see if there are any events listed in the Chicago region section of Fchat? I know sometimes Lake Forest Sports Cars hosts events.
Hi Rik - those are some beautiful photos, we both think it's looking less like the Enzo and showing some characteristics more like a LMP Coupe! Looking at the straight on photo, with some modification, I can visualize an R15 as a coupe. Join on FChat in the am on the F1 section on the Race thread. There are also some posts of live streaming of the race. Has the promise of being a good race. Got the pm, will email you. We were sitting there watching you guys about to hit the track and she said she wished she had brought a racing suit since you had a empty passenger seat. After watching you fly down that hill and go into that last right hand curve she said said she wasn't so sure if she could handle it! Thanks again RTB.
