    Soon to be installing a tubi exhaust on the 328. Old exhaust/cat/connecting pipe are now out and new exhaust gaskets (aka exhaust "donuts") and hardware (bolts/nuts/spacers/springs/etc) are on the way. Any recommendations for an exhaust gasket sealant/dressing. ? Permatex product. Thanks in advance.

    I would not use any sealant at all since the exhaust/cat flanges are conical. I have reused my gaskets a couple of times without any leakage.
