I was driving my 360 over the weekend in NJ on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, when I got pulled over for driving with an expired NJ license. The tropper was cool and let me go saying that it would be d*ck of him to make me abandon my Ferrari on the side of the highway.

I'm heading into the DMV this week to renew my license but out of curiousity, what kind of fines, etc. was I looking at?

    Thanks.

    Ken

The NJ DMV said that you can renew an expired license within 3 years of expiration. I was pretty surprised about the leeway they give.

Were you nabbed by a NY state trooper? Doesn't sound like the way the PIP police would have handled it ;)

Good question...not exactly sure but speaking from my own experiences, I know what you're talking about.
