well here it is - reminiscent of luca pointing to Kimi at monza when he was sitting in the McLaren - to me this is proof that Alonso to Ferrari is a done deal:
    Enjoy!

That almost looked like he was placing a curse on him! You have just witnessed Luca steal Alonso's mojo.

The Alonso deal is no rumor. But if you noticed in this video, Luca was looking at the skin head most of the time, and then whacked Alonso on the back of the head in a "stay away, he's mine" jesture of a jealous man.

Well, maybe not. But the video means didley.

    Nice catch!

BTW, Luca looks like he is auditioning for David Lynch in that video.

Alonso is going to Ferrari, there seems to be little question about that! But when and who he is going to replace is the big questions !

I would love to see Kimi and Alonso in identical cars, For sure kimi will not care who his team mate is, but im not sure Alonso will be too happy teaming up with Kimi !!

Looks to me as if Luca was moving to shake Fernando's hand just as the clip is cut for a replay. What that means may depend on what you think of the "rumor" of Alonso/Ferrari deal.

I don't think Alonso has much to fear from Kimi.

Sometimes, i think Fred made the biggest mistake by leaving Mclaren. He would have easily be the 2008 WDC. And frankly, as much as i dislike his attitude, I would like to see him in a Ferrari soon.

I may be wrong but wasn't it a year ago when almost everyone despised the thought of Alonso going to Ferrari or has something else happend that I am not aware of? I think its B.S. now that people can see hes a good driver that they want him in their Ferrari especially when the red cars are looking like amateurs. I have liked Alonso and hes been my driver since I started watching him. I didn't stop going for him when he wasn't doing as good as Hamilton in the Merc, and I didn't say how bad he sucked when he was in the Renault last year. I hope he doesn't go to Ferrari and kicks their ass what ever team he is in. Not everyone wants Alonso in but there are a lot more people that say yes than there were last year is all I'm saying.

But probably he´s a happier man now. His position at McLaren was "not very comfortable".

The main difference to me is that he appears to be maturing; less critical of his own team, etc. He had a stretch where he was whining about everything....

Alonso has already said himself that no deal has been done of yet, and he is happy at Renault.

That stretch was when he was at McLaren.

How could a passionate person such as Alonso ever do well in a refrigerator like McLaren? Think about the drivers who have stayed and the ones who have not; other than Raiikonen there is a pattern. I don't envision Renault/Briatore being run the same way McLaren/Dennis-Whitmarsh is. Granted, one is doing much better than the other but we are talking about why Alonso was whining.

Alonso - Spanish - outwardly passionate - leaves
Montoya - Brazilian - outwardly passionate - leaves
    Hakkiinen - Finish - iceman - thrives
Raiikonen - Finish - iceman - leaves (anomoly?)
Kovalainen - Finish - iceman - "I'll stay as long as you'll have me"
Coulthard - British - robot - "geez I would have stayed longer"
Hamilton - British - robot - "how long will you have me?"

That was also a curse....Look at what hes doing now. By the way there are quite a few rich gay men that attend F1 races that Luca shakes hands with......Does that mean (0) ?

I don't remember which of these episodes (maybe all of them) where Luca is being interviewed by Charlie Rose, when he drools on and on about Fernando Alonso.

    http://www.charlierose.com/guest/view/1728

There's a link to all his interviews.
