How about just Karts on the 30th, for those so inclined, weather permitting? And then the K&T Combo on the 7th?
OK, lets start a roll call for this Thursday. Those that can get there early I will be there by 5, but because of the karts and no reliable timing there is no type of competition. If like last week for $34 you can get unlimited use of all but dragsters. We'll just kinda cycle through the 3 kart tracks, so come as you want. I'm sure we'll motivate for the Tarts part before 8.
I say this with much sadness ... but I think the Tart part of the evening will have to be postponed. I've been home sick the last 2 days and while not the swine flu, I'm taking enough anti-biotics to make an evening out on Thursday look overly optimistic. Unless there is a mraculous recovery, I'm out.
I was registered to race this weekend, did the Speedzone Thursday and woke up Friday morning with food poisoning symptoms and later in morning fever crept up from 99.5 to 100.5 before I started taking Ibuprofen and controlled it. That entire Friday felt awful not able to get off the couch. Saturday felt better, but took it easy and was able to go out to eat. Sunday felt great and even did a run that afternoon. Jennie said several 1-2 day flu bugs are going around too. If you can't make it, then VIP is out unless someone else in our circle has a membership. What we can do is take a quick pole, I mean poll at Speedzone if anyone wants to carry on somewhere else at bar or make a non-VIP trip down with the common folk.
If I can get the babysitter to pick up my spawn, I am there in Ferrari red spandex. Think the Buick will fit on the track?

you are afraid Stew would kick your butt! just tell the teacher you have to attend Karts & Tarts instead.
Have a 1pm appointment with two witnesses in Gainesville. Will try to swing by if the appointment does not take too long
