Hi all! Trust you are well?

...My 348 has developed a rather interesting and slightly scary problem!! Under acceleration, somewhere around the 4/5000 RPM mark, the pedal just sticks. It's not too deadly, in the fact I can just poke my toe around the back and pull it 'back into position', but it's a pain in the ass for sure...And very noisy!

Has anyone had this before? Is it the cable? ...The pedal? Can anyone suggest a nice, simple easy fix LOL (knowing full well that there's no such thing where Ferraris are concerned)

    Best regards
    Mark

First thing to check is if it's catching on the carpet or floor mats. (Very common!) Hope it's the easy fix.

It could also be dirt under the pedal.

Wow!!! Talk about 'nail the problem'...Nice site mate, very informative. Just a quick question before I start pulluing apart the footwell :) Your site suggests that your methodology is only applicable to LHD 348's, typically, mine's a RHD... Is there any alternative tips for 'right-hookers'????

    Cheers
