    The last two Saturday events have tested the mettle of the local participants. Hopefully this time there will be a little less precipitation. We are doing it again on Saturday the 23rd at 9:00 AM, the Starbucks at the corner of the Tollway and Beltline. If you are new to the ever growing group, this Starbucks is located on the SW corner in a shopping area called the Addison Walk

    Last time we had RAIN, 5 or 6 Ferraris, a Ford Gt and an Aston Martin and about 20 people. So feel free to join us at the appointed hour for a little Java and Jive.

    The Testarossa is in at RUF for the engine out service, so this may be a little too soon for me.

    Will see if I can scrounge something else up to drive as we have sold the ZR-1.

    I know you hated to see the ZR-1 go. You need something to replace it with ,James, since the Corvair
    deal went away.

    Don, I have to miss this one, as I will be working the Byron Nelson all week. Ya'll come.

    Is this happening every Saturday? I am in the Dallas area once per year and attended a Saturday get together last year. If I recall it was noon at a Pizza place. One of my fellow Mid-Atlantic FChat freinds was at your Cars and coffee a few weeks Back. Anyway I would like to drop by if this is happening Saturday the 25th of May. Thanks Jon in Delaware

    Jon the Saturday at Starbucks is a monthly get together and it will be held this Saturday the 23rd of May

    To all of you who plan to attend we usually knock off about 10:30 or so and I was thinking when we are done we can jump on the tollway and go over to Lambo Dallas' new diggs as they are having a car show there until Noon and check out the new facility.

    Great turn out! By my count we had 14 cars-9 F cars, A Lamborghini, an Alfa, an Audi R8, a Mini Cooper and the Sheik's Rolls Royce! This in addition to the 18 or so people who took up the entire outdoor seating facilities. A good time was had by all. We then departed Starbucks for Lambo's new facility on Plano Parkway where they had a very good turnout. Boy does that LP560 scoot, thanks for the ride John.

    I thought it was a decent turn out. Thanks, Don and Carolyn, for initiating the meet. As suggested by Fred (599), perhaps we could all park together at the row of spaces closest to Belt Line next time when we meet? Also, are we meeting up at the Starbucks (SE corner of Tollway/Parker) this Sat before heading out to Cars and Coffee at Classic BMW?? If so, what time?

    small world i saw your car today - incredible how big the engine compartment looks without the engine! at least i guess it was your car, only gutted testa i saw there without an engine :)
