    I can't seem to find anyone that makes waffles to my liking. I like mine crispy, with a little bit of "blackness" on the top.

    I love making jerk chicken on the grill and making fresh waffles. The maple syrup from the waffles cuts some of the spice from the chicken for a great taste.

    Man, that looks good. This must be a "west of the Mississippi River" thing though. I've lived in Michigan, Florida, Virginia, and Tennessee, and I've never heard of it, or anything remotely similar for that matter. I'd love to try it though.
