355 spark plug wires fit a 348 ?

the title says it all... anyone knows if a 355 spark plug wire set can be used on a 348??
the wire lengths certainly should fit and so should the plugs, right?

 

No. the boots on the spark plug ends are different. I would think the lengths are slightly different too.

 

thanks for that. one of the rubber connectors broke off on disassembly and there is a cheap 355 set on ebay right now.
i saw that it's possible to order all the components aftermarket and assemble yourself so maybe that's the route i will go here

 

Depending on how/where they broke. I can get a whole set, eg. connector for the coil end and the spark plug end for about GBP 30 from the local Bosch dealership...

thanks Marco and yes, i had seen your post. I will go ahead and order some of these components and assemble the plug wires that way

 

ping plugzit. He is in redondo beach and had my old wire set that was good. He may still have it.
