    I'll be in Newport Beach this weekend and was wondering if there was any good lounges in the area? Also what are the smoking laws on the beach and in the city? Thanks!

    Darth,
    I just went to Hi Time and it KICKS ASS. I only live a block away. I used to go to wine exchange up the 55, but no need anymore. Anyone in the Newport Beach area should check it out. Wine, Beer, Liquor, Cigars, Chocolate. Today they had some smokin hot models selling Knob Creek. Whisky, I think. I'll keep the knob jokes to myself.
