Now RB fastest in the 1.15.590 wow
between cheap airfares and the fast trains you definitely have the upper advantage to us here - we have so often said if we lived in Europe, we'd be a race somewhere of some kind every weekend - often times, we can get as cheap or cheaper fares to Europe than to the ALMS race at Lime Rock or at Laguna Seca! lucky you!! I'm jealous (rain in the forecast for next three days for us - great for the hay crop)
Yeah in Monaco it's expensive(I was looking for someone in silver sub section, some rooms are 13000euros a night! haha) but if you get a hotel down the road, its pretty good. From my understanding its 8 engines. So the penalties only take affect once those 8 engines are used up.
If I had more money right now i'd attend many different races all over europe too. Unfortunately its just not here at the moment. I used to live in zandvoort, the netherlands. The track was 20 meters distance from my home. On top of that my aunt worked at the track and I got a free year pass VIP each year.
13 grand! you're better of charting a yacht for 100K with 10 friends. works out the same (including 30K mourning fee) and you'll look like a right pimp. Might even get some models on board...
Thanks for the info - I used to know the rules much better but I really admit that with all the BS, I haven't followed F1 as closely as in years past. We have reservations "down the road" in Nice next to the train station at substantially lower 's. Rubens still on top - good for him, I sure would like to see him win a race.
the guys on Speed just said that Jackie Stewart's room is available at a mere 75K USD for the weekend . . . most likey void of the models.
Actually Anthony Davidson answered the question b4 Yeah Nice that's it! had a memory blank http://www.visitmonaco.com/pdf/agencies.pdf These are a few agencies(last 2 pages) that look after the monaco GP.
jezus. You can almost buy a ferrari 360 for that money in the states. Hamilton just wint 0.001 quickest.
WOW - Hamilton knocks Nico out of 1st by 0.001 - can he take it back - YES ! ! ! I think the Ferrari is a far better investment than a stupid hotel room! I guess some of us definitely have different priorities don't we?!?!
Bourdais spin at T1, he spun around and a second car came at him, think it was buemi but didn't see much of it.
1431: Time's up and Nico Rosberg's Williams is top for the ninth time in 16 practice sessions this season. Like I say, Rosberg owns practice. Lewis Hamilton is a very encouraging second quickest ahead of Rubens Barrichello's Brawn.
Good for Rosberg - I think qualifying will be interesting tomorrow.....I'm actually getting excited about it. Enjoyed chatting with you guys this morning - Bas and Steve have a wonderful remainder of the day; Speed-Core, b27 - good night to you guys! Change in my game plans, John locked his keys in his truck so I will take his extra set to him and get lunch out of the deal (about a two hour drive to Denton in my little new red tt coupe...what fun awaits TORC (the other red car, how novel, huh?) - beats going to the feed store and coming home and unloading 20+ bags of horse feed!! until qualifying . . .
