Think its about to start. I've pushed the red button on sky and now enjoying some 'classic GP' (replays of old f1 races) until the 24h starts:)

...also he happens to have the best car on the grid this year. How did he do in all the years previous to this?

+1. But that pretty much sums up F1.

Its all about being in the best car. Obviously they are all (drivers that is) skilled to get there so to be a couple of seconds slower tells you at this level its the car.

F1 has and always will be a circus IMO. Bernie laughs all the the way to the bank every week.

True racing is to grab a car from the showroom, chuck a cage in it, throw some tyres on it, have a play with the suspension and go racing and rub panels.

Maybe, but that is why I wrote given the margins if you don't take pressure into the equation on a narrow track like this then so be it, sounds like you don't rate him. Probably you are one that wrote him off..

Wow...it was really brilliant. I think, if Massa didn't lose it earlier, he would have easily been in the top 3 placing.

Man I hope so. I'm so tired of seeing Button/Brawn win. It's just so boring.

Kimi has a chance at the first corner if he can get Kers to help in time. Anyone who leads Monaco has a really good chance to win as they can control the pace.

I'm not picking on the guy but WOW did Hamilton make a big mistake not taking the exit road when he started to lose control. I'm sure he's kicking himself.

So Kimi was half a second faster than Massa and was heavier? Wow. Where are all the guys who just a week ago were saying Kimi shoud GTFO because he wasn't motivated? That he was useless since he hadn't won a race in about a year. I think the crow should start being served as hors d'oeuvres well before the main course at the end of the season.

And where is Hamilton now ... or Alonso?? Clearly a good driver needs a good car to shine and win races. Button has been extremely fast and consistent, outracing his teammte. He deserves full credit.

It's great to see Kimi still got it (the motivation I mean). Hopefully Ferrari won't mess up the race strategy this time beacuse no one seems to understand why the hell he didn't do another flying lap at the end of Q3

Even if it wasn't half a kilo, even if they were equal... He still was HALF A SECOND FASTER. To that you say BFD? Clearly you're not man enough to say "hey you know I might have been a bit hasty in my assessment and was wrong." I like manny Massa detractors on here were happy to do so when he proved us wrong.

The servings will just get larger as the season goes on, you can either eat them now, later or just excuse yourself from the table and go play someplace else. Because if you haven't learned anything about the Racing F1 section it's that active members here are more than happy to dig up old post and confront the posters with them. :)

Enjoy your season. Oh, by the way crow tastes terrible with sour grapes. ;)

Whatever you say. Maybe Kimi has finally woken up, maybe Massa made a mistake somewhere. You don't know, I don't know. I'm just getting a bit tired with people dragging on these kind of negative posts. Just be happy both Ferrari drivers are back at the front!
