    Hi.

I just bought a 2000 360, the car came with only one key and one black remote, the car starts right up the first day, next day it won't start or even crank over, but will start with push start, the alarm and indicator light seems to be working, hours later it would start right up with no problem, and today it cranks over but does not start even with pushing it, i was told that i have alarm ecu problem, please help.

    Andy.

I am going to assume that since you can push start the car we are talking about a three pedal car and not an F1. The alarm ECU cuts out the ignition when armed, not the starter motor so I dont believe you have an alarm issue.

I agree with this assessment. The problem is most likely improper use of the remote. Please provide more information about your process. Sit in the car and push the alarm remote. You should see a flash of a triangle in the display. US cars also make a chirp. Then, insert the key and start the car. I have an F1 but I bet the clutch has to be depressed too. Provide some specifics and we may be able to help.
