Mine wasn't zipping so I replaced one of the zipper (left), now all is good. You can buy an assorted sizes and shape kit from almost anywhere that sells fabrics.

I just ordered one on ebay for my 308 GTS for $175. It shipped this week. I'll let yall know how it fits next week. Here is the site for the company. They make stuff for cycles but this is a special project for them.

That would be your best bet but you will need to undercut the guy from Germany who sells them regularly on eBay. Shouldn't be a problem though.

I bought one a long time ago for my car but it was from an individual who had bought it and never used it.

If yours is missing or torn, well, there's no alternatives.

I was lucky: mine just had non-working zippers. It turned out that the zippers themselves were fine, but the pulls were not. 2 new pulss and all is fine.
I can't remember the make off-hand, but it is a common zipper. Just buy 2 new ones in the shortest length you can get and change the pulls.

The problem with re-making is the type of stitching used.

All you need if a few sq yards of vinyl and a long zipper. Any local sewing shop can make it for around $50 or so PLUS you can choose the quality of the zipper and vinyl.

How do you replace the pulls? Mine vinyl is fine, and the zipper itself looks good, but it's not zipping.

I would take it off and bring it to a tailor or a place which does shoe repair. I'll bet they can replace the zipper.

Yeah... and I specifically suggested that people NOT buy it, but go to Gahh instead.

The O R I G I N A L cover has this molded stitching that follows the path of the functional stitching. For those that want all the details, I think there's more challenge to reproduce them given credit. Didn't Rutland make a bunch of these? This was a few years back, but hopefully this is a good item to keep in stock.
