They're made & enroute to me. UPS should deliver them to me next Wednesday. I'll add the crush washers (which also should be here Wed) & ship them to Ricambi. He should have them a week from Monday. Just send him $110.00/8 plug set + shipping & he'll get them to you for Christmas.

    I've attached pictures:
The 1st picture shows of part of the mfg run, the 2nd picture shows the plug installed in a 2V head, and the 3rd picture shows how the end of the nose fits in an air injection port. The end of the nose is recessed about 0.020"[0.5 mm]. This should be enough recess to ensure that port to port & plug length variances won't make the nose protrude & interfere with exhaust flow, but it's not enough of a recess to cause whistling or other problems.

The injectors arrived in the local UPS depot this AM. Suspect they missed today's truck & they'll be on tomorrow's truck.

The washers are now the gating item.I just got an update on them. They're shipping to me late this Thursday, not today as originally promised. I should receive them Monday, 22nd & will get the injectors w/washers out to Ricambi the next AM.

These plugs fit the 2V and early QV 308s with M14 x 1.5 threads (same thread as the older spark plugs). See post # 26 of this thread for pictures.

You can now order them directly from Unobtainium Supply:

    Price is $110 + S&I for a set of 8 plugs.

To order, click on my name by any of my posts & select [Send eMAIL to Verell], or just add them to an order from Ricambi(aka Jack Russell Racing).

There sure is allot of conversation on plugging the AIR ports. I simply cut them off to the proper length and ran a 1/4-20 tap into the top(after cutting the threads off) and closed it with a 1/4-20 X 3/8 set screw W/locktite and then pressed a 1/4" ball bearing into the bottom end and then swedged the tip just to be sure. I'd rather spend the 100bucks on gaskets. old guy in the UP

    ^^^^^ The Hot Setup.....

That's the way to go, but I have used lostbowl's 'ballbearing in the fitting trick' also...just as a temporary fix.
