Black NSX on motor way heading south around 11am yesterday. Silver Nissan GTR MtRoskil around 3pm and a Ferrari 308 race car being towed on a trailer around 5pm, heading north on the motor way.

The Fox Enzo is in the downstairs showroom at CCS ATM. Not many F-cars for sale. My old 355F1 is still there along with a Nero 355 spider and Rosso 355 spider, and a couple of 430's. Not much considering the stock they had in Feb, what re-session?

Not sure, they are not open on Sunday's anymore  so I had to stand in the rain and look through the shop window. There was what looked to be a scud tucked away in the rear corner under a factory cover. I figured it was awaiting delevery but perhaps its awaiting an owner?

I saw 2 Scuds there. One was under cover with grey wheels and was a sold customer car. The other had gold wheels and was for sale. Both Rosso Corsa.

That black 430 with the smoked challenge wheels on the CCS site looked good. Has anyone seen it? Not sure how it will sell with the new model round the corner although I would still be tempted by the Scud which is still on my mind!

Was up close and personal with one this morning, road works cement meant a early morning wash, outside temp was around 3-4deg! Crazy car, as i was toweling it dry I heard the door actuators lock the doors, I thought "no problem, must have lent on the key fob" only to later realise I had left the keys sitting on the drivers seat. Goodness knows how it magically locked it's self....:grr:....

Yesterday the FOC along with a few supporters put on our annual charity track day, this years charity was canteen (children with cancer). The weather really turned it on for us, we had clear sky's and bright sun. The turn out of cars was excellent as usual to this event, with a great mix of young and old (drivers and cars) around 30 Ferrari's took part in the day's events along with plenty of happy smiling young people. The day started with a wet slippery track (and a very slippery castrol corner as I found out.....) we set off and took the young ones, care givers, parents, cousins, helpers etc for 3 laps each, I believe 3 runs were handed out to each passenger but as I understand it there were plenty of spaces for those who wished to enjoy a few more turns. The smiles on the kids faces were priceless, and being able to share in this day really made me proud.

So a big thank you to the club and the organisers along with the sponsors of the day, CCS, Shell, Pukekohe Park Raceway and all the helpers, it really was a day for all to remember.

(My camera had a cry and stopped working, here are some shots taken by a friend of mine.

It is a neat track, getting tired in places now, but as I understand it a refresh is imminent once Hampton Downs race way is fully operational.

    Have you driven on Pukekohe?

Really great day, only blew a bit of oil up the dipstick and confused the hell out of a couple o kids when smoke came outa the airvents! Normal! I cried at 7500 rpm, windows down and the sound echoing from the Ford banners was wet inducing! Fantastic turn out from the Fcar community and the kids expressions will last a lifetime :)
