Does anyone know where to get a mondial 8 spark plug spanner or something that will work? I dont have the tool kit but my porsche spanner works for the front four plugs but doesnt bend in the right way to reach the far plugs. Any help would be appreciated.
    thanks

I use a small (8") 3/8" drive ratchet in a short (2") extension into a standard plug socket. It just misses the bulkhead enough to get it down the front bank on my GT4.

it seems like a standard plug socket is too fat to fit into a mondial/308 engine and i was under the impression they require a special socket so that it fits properly. let me know if im wrong.
    thanks

For a spark plug socket on my Mondial 8 I used a 3/8 drive craftsman with short extension and I had to turn it down just a bit to get it to fit for some of the cylinders, chucked a 3/8 adapter into drill press and lightly ground on it with a hand held grinder--it did not take much can still read the stampings on the side.
