That's pretty crazy. This kind of seems like a setup though; I mean, his 'wife' just happens to be there, calmly filming his arrest and subsequent insane tirade? Hilarious, nonetheless!

I find it amusing how he runs off and the cops just give up. He's already gone and they just give up

    My first thoughts, too!

It looked like a dry stun, so he would be able to get up right after. If it was shot into him (ie: barbs), it would have been different. You are incapped during "the ride," but have very little after effect. Trust me, it hurts like hell, though.

Also, I had to watch with no volume, so I may have missed the good parts. :)

and you know this because.... ;)

I have witnessed someone being tazed multiple times and not being incapacitated so it is not only possible but likely.

Hehe, I was zapped for my qualification. Was the person you saw being tazed incapped during the shock? These things drop a bull so I don't see how anybody can resist it while the juice is flowing...even if they are on something. Nevertheless, anything is possible. :)

oh, gotcha. I had assumed otherwise :)

yeah, he was down during the shock, but literally as soon as they stopped tazing he was back in action. eventually they used the ones w/ the leads. not a pleasant sight.

And this is why I would rather be tazed than pepper sprayed. When the shock is over, it's over. The pepper spray lasted over an hour for me, but it's a lot less for some..then again, pepper spray won't affect some people at all. :)

It is Drive Stun, not Dry stun.....No difference in getting drive stunned or shot with the taser---other than the barbs going into you--the actual feeling is exactly the same....
