Yeah, Daniel is a GREAT guy! A class act and we are lucky to have him on board.

 

Not going to get into details yet....but let's just say that Daniel has not only saved me thousands of dollars.....his kindness and expertise and willingness to explain things and answer all questions is unparalleled.

Thank you, Daniel, for everything. You have made owning La Bella much nicer.

Daniel just came through for me in a big way. I busted a door pin on the drivers side. I emailed Daniel asking him if they were available. Not only did he know what part I needed but he told me he experienced the same issue with his car. He even sent me another size pin just in case! I could not believe the quick email response, service and shipping. I am always treated with top shelf service and straight talk and knowledge about parts and my 348. They run a great company at Ricambi.

When I was brand new to the brotherhood, he sent me a windows accelarator after I complained about how slow the windows move. Then I met him in person at the Ferrari Chat Christmas party that PAP was at. yep, great guy.

I had to revive this thread. I called Daniel this morning and order some parts for my 328. This was my first order with Ricambi. He offered me the "F-Chat" discount and also offered to split the expedited shipping with me. I needed the parts on the west coast before Friday as I am off and wanted to get an early weekend start on my timing belt, tensionor bearing and gasket seal replacements.

What's more impressive is his ripping off the part numbers before I even finished what I was asking for.

With my current repair (brake fluid leak), before I even tore my clutch down Daniel gave me the two options that he thought I would be looking at. He sent me a PM with all the part #'s for each option, and even gave me his cell # to call him on the long weekend AFTER business hours.

After removing my clutch and discovering what the problem was, which was one of the options he listed (turned out to be just seals), I went ahead and placed the order.

This is just one example of Daniel's remarkable customer service and knowledge of these cars, so Daniel thank you very much.

It is actually on its way here superfast. Can't argue with that type of customer service.

I have placed orders here within Australia for other items and can't get them that fast!!!

I mentioned in the Technology section that I had just bought a Mac, and was working to 'learn' the nuances of the computer after only using PCs for years...

Not long after posting, my phone rang and it was Daniel CALLING ME IN KUWAIT (which, by the way, is not a cheap proposition) and walks me through a few of those things I was challenged with...

Helpful doesn't even start to describe Daniel and Ricambi...

I decided long ago that ANY part I needed would come from Ricambi. Everyone else is a distant second place as far as I'm concerned.

one of the best services i've received, and a great guy, quick replys...
he saved me once when i was going to sell my 360 and the F1 pump went out at the time the buyer was testing the car!!!
so I ordered it on Monday, Thursday morning the part was here (Bahrain -Middle East) and installed at the same time and gave it to the buyer.
ordered clutch and brakes for my friends 360, 3 days and package was here...
recently ordered clutch and brakes for my F430... 3 days and they were here..
just amazing person, amazing shop, amazing service...
