Personally I thought he was on a death wish and I wouldnt be surprised if he wasnt dead in the time this video has made it to the internet. Someone like that has no common sense whatsoever and lacks any intent to think about safety. They will never learn until its too late. I doubt it would have been legal in the country in question and I would think this fat chap will probably be caught.
Looking at the one time the GT3 came up on the cycle riding 2-up in the left lane, he could have killed them. The guy needs to have a bullet put into him..................(and if he did that crap in the US thats probably what it would have lead to)
997GT3's have the electronic nannies built in = not nearly as much skill to drive as the 996GT3's. I'm sure there would be dead bikers if he were driving a 6GT3. The bikes were just toying with him. Ahhh to be young and bulletproof once again.
Not his first video, some solo rides of him were discussed in another forum quite a while ago. I think that video plays in Italy, street signs and road look like a autostrada to me.
Yes that is a 996 GT3 and that is Brazil. You can recognize the VW Brasilia at 0.38s and you only see GM/Fiat/VW cars..( Fiat Palio, VW Fusca, VW Santana..)
Dangerous driving, i'd never go anywhere near as he did to those bikers (who were also driving like tossers). No doubt he was showing off to the passanger
Am I the only one who thinks the video was sped up. First, look how his shoulders bounce up and down, its two quick and abrupt--compare it to a video of an F1 driver's inboard camera and you will see what I mean. Second, look at his hand gestures, third, the engine sounds are not in sync with his shifting and on at least one occasion, you hear a distinct downshift while both of his hands are on the wheel. The video is not sped up very much, but just enough to remain plausible. If you shut off the sound and watch the drivers movements, I think it is clear. Either way, the guy is an A$$.
Good stuff! Fast and competent cars were not meant to drive a bunch of geeks, funeral procession style, to coffee bars crowded with obese housewives to enjoy frozen mocha lattes and compare the published 0-60 times for their cars. It is really sad to see what the car scene has become.
