I know the later GTE's got the bigger wing and a more sharper leading edge in front of the wing. Plus the vents above the front wheels with more NACA ducts behind them. I know the first few GTE's didn't have these items. So visually, when it comes to a early GTE, how can you tell it's a GTE?

The only thing I found online is 18" wheels/tires and bigger brakes. And I'm not sure if this is even correct.

A buddy of mine says all GTE's have the high mount larger mirrors and the additional NACA ducts on the side, above the rear wheels. Correct?

    Any help would be great.

Well I've seen a picture of a GTE without those mirrors, and I've seen a LM with those NACA ducts, so that's out ha.

The only other detail that seems to be GTE specific is maybe a larger diffuser?

Any help here? Just trying to find anything that would let you know an early GTE is a GTE and not a LM.

    Thanks.
