    A friend from South Africa is restoring his 81 911 SC, and wants to convert the body to a 73 911RS Carrera. Parts are impossible to find in SA, he needs;

    Front / Rear Bumpers (preferably old style indicator lights) (carbon fiber)
    Extended Bonnet (carbon fiber)
    Fuchs Wheels
    Engine Cover w/ Ducktail wing (carbon fiber)
    Engine parts various

    Does anyone have a good US, or European source for these and other parts;

    Thanks guys

    RennList.com is the best source on the net for Porsche. Also Parts Obsolete out of McMinnville Oregon is a great source as well.

    Good Luck with the project. I still would have to say I would rather end up with a restored-stock 81 911 SC in mint condition then a clone though.

    Just my opinion; enjoy the Porsche.

    Fchatter 'dcghostrider' is a very good source of info on Porsches. He'd likely know who to call.
