What to do with a rented Rolls Royce?

If I said what I felt should be done to that person, I'd likely be perma-banned.

 

You think that the person who takes the time and money to rent a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead would have some respect for the car. The kids in the car should have fallen out. Such a beautiful car.

On another note, I had no clue a land-yacht could drift at that speed

Could the rental agency who rented out that Drophead penalize the renter's? Some kind of fine?

We need to do that. How many rental agencies really could have a black Phantom Drophead for rent? Link them to this video and I'm sure some kind of penalty at best, civil suit at worst, could result.
