Take it from a large bone guy. You don't want to be a "punny man".I've nticed over the years that smaller people tend to have to make more "noise" to gather attention where as myself and other larger boned men tend to be given more credit/respect for the same or less work. People move out of your way, able to move heavy stuff(women love that stuff)...

Find a trainer that is really knowledgable if your unable to stay with your current teacher. Most trainers are worthless! If you find a trainer that is good you'll never leave them. You want a trainer that is willing to work with you on your training and nutrition. I worked out with a trainer 6 years ago (OMG) that was simply amazing. I still use what he taught me to this day, i'm sure I could use a refresher course. I've worked with other trainers since then where I was just a # to them, forget that.

I was friend's with a guy that won the state teen weightlifting when he 18 and the runner up the year before. Our birthdates are only 2 days apart. He was shorter but huge. Find what works best for you and your body and take it from there, do that and it will be easy. If you try to fit a body style that isn't what your body is designed for you'll never stick with it. Don't try to be a 120lbs if your body wasn't designed for that.
