Summer Spotters

Silver Brooklands coupe and White (LP560?) Spider in front of Adobo Grill in old town this evening.

 

Food is really good and outdoor tables are unbeatable for atmosphere,people and car watching.
My son flashed a V sign to Tony Tag (while he slowly cruised by,making sure everyone's watching),he returned the sign.
Later he was strolling back,walking in the middle of Rush and my wife was scared sh**less that he might approach our table to say hello or something...

 

My staple has always been Tavern On Rush..I'll have to try this place out.

 

Tony really is a nice guy but has some weird priorities. If you take the time to talk to him you'll probably get a few good laughs; Sharon usually brings him back into focus!

On Sat.(7/11)@9:40pm a maroon Ferrari 456 spotted in downtown Naperville(riverwalk area)

 

correction......balloon white

 

I really thought it looked matte, but I could be wrong. It makes sense, being that the matte paint is like a $20k extra option. Regardless, it looked stunning!

 

Sunday I saw a Red Diablo roadster on Grand ave in Gurnee by 6 Flags around noon.

A half hour later a black 911 convertible with a ton of upgrades (brakes, roll cage, etc) buzzed downtown Lake Forest
and about 60 Rollers at the RROC concours in Lake Forest

Then this morning I was at the shop and saw lots of fun stuff.. 2 Daytonas, Gene's Lusso, Boxer, Italia, etc.. lol

 

just stop by my shop if you ever want an up close and personal

 

I'd love to! I really should stop by more often, you're like 5 min away.

 

Tonight 6:30 Ferrari F430 red

30-40 seconds later 308 GTSI (maybe my birth year 1982?) Also Red, very nice!

Last night I saw a Red 360 miving very slow on Greenview sounded great!

Red 430 Spider on Greenview last night. Same time and same street I saw the 360 the other night. There is a handwash on that corner that I'm sure both cars were comming from.

 

I keep seeing a porsche GT3Orange/Black, a Lambo and either a 360 or 430(red) always driving around together on 55 going west, then I saw the three of them again on LSD going north a couple days after that. MUst be buddies...all young

 

Saw a red 430 Modena downtown at 11:30 AM, yellow 360 Spider driving southbound on the Edens around 3:00 PM
