I suppose a motor R&R is also a good time to replace the boots and repack the CV joints.

And while I am that far involved change the A arms bushing also.

And probably rebuild the calipers. Is there anything else I am missing, or should I just disassemble the entire car and start over?

Spoken like a true Ferrari owner!
Thanks for the good laugh, Doug...

Replace all rubber hoses (fuel, coolant and vapor lines) and the brake flex hoses...

Also a good time to clean, degrease, and restore/repaint the engine bay.
Removing and cleaning the gas tanks might be a good idea too.

Already figured engine bay detailing, and ALL rubber hose replacement

Didn't think about the gas tanks.

Any suggestions on how to clean out a gas tank?

    Thanks,
    Doug

The CV boot kits are the same as porsche 911 (about $12/ea.) so don't go wasting money on ferrari prices....
