All, Great turn out for the wine drive today!!! Kel and I had a total blast!!! Great wines, great lunch, great cars, and great friends. We enjoyed the day and a special thanks to David B for coordinating with the wineries... I apologize for those of you I had to turn away, space was limited, and in one of the pictures you can see why we had to limit the cars... Parking was pretty crazy at the 2nd winery.. Here are a few shots from today. Actually this one was a Ferrari club drive.. Not sure if you have joined or not, so get on it man!!!! How are they liking Kiffen in TN? Also we had Silver, Yellow, and Red 355's, we needed a TDF out there...
Had a great time today! Good to get out and enjoy the sunny weather. Here are a few shots from the day. Thank you Sonny and David. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hi Sonny and all, Becky and Ray here. Sorry we couldn't make it to this wine tasting event. Sure sounds like you all had a great time! Wish we could of, but I am having more health issues so hope to be feeling all better here soon! Hope the racing up at Cafe Allegro (sp) is going good! Its a little early for me! I need my beauty sleep! LOL. Well, drive on dudes! see ya all soon! Becky and Ray
Thanks Ray & Becky!!! I hope that you feel better VERY SOON... This Saturday's race is actually at NOON in case you were feeling up to it.. We missed having you guys on the wine drive but understand why. Hope to see you both soon..
Looks like a great time. Could some one let me in on the photo that appears to be either a delapitated skul (wooden crew boat with oars) or a do-it-yourself kit? Ooh, could be art too? Brian
It was art. At one time it was at the Smithsonian, and on tour with them also. Was a suprising thing to see on the drive for sure. Cheers!
Just to add a little more. It was a "Soul Ship" from Viking folklore. The rows and the boat actually all move (which looked really cool when it was moving) and the stuff below it was supposed to repersent leaving the earthly life behind... Pretty suprising to see a former Smithsonian display in the attic of the 100+ year old barn.
