Hi everyone I picted up these damaged rear bumpers from a panel shop a few years ago but I have no idea what they are from. I am told that they are Ferrari , they are damaged but what is interesting is they are hand made very light and stainless steal. there is no rust what so ever. Here are the pictures what do people think. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
why mate them there are ferrari boomerangs. i'd a figured you'd a knowd that seein' as how ya'll are ozzie. :-}
What model Good Question, a very knoledgeable learned friend with extensive Ferrari knowledge couldnt tell me which makes me wonder if they are Ferrari at all.
They look very much like the outer two sections of a three-section rear bumper on a 250 Pf coupe from the early 1960s. The middle section is missing?
I asked the guy in the Panel shop about the bumpers and he said the owner was adimate about new parts being supplied for the car and it took 3 months for the Parts to arrive. They have a complete finished return at either end of each bumper.
I finally soved this with some pointers from the responses they are off a 1964 500 Superfast. Image Unavailable, Please Login
